Telephone and Web Services Billing

To maintain optimal service for our patients we are now making use of insurance codes for telephone and web-based medical management.

We will not code or charge for scheduling or billing questions or for quick follow up questions.

We will code and charge for questions which require more than 5 minutes of nursing or practitioner time to research and appropriately manage.

Making this change will allow us to continue offering timely and appropriate answers for your medical concerns without requiring an office of telehealth visit when it is safe to do so.
