Medicare Advantage Plan Changes — Resources for Our Patients

We know that many of our patients have recently been affected by the loss of their Medicare Advantage plans, and that navigating new coverage options can feel overwhelming. While Evergreen Family Health is not able to recommend or select plans, there are local resources available to help guide you through the process.

Age Well Vermont offers free Medicare classes to help you understand your options and next steps. You can view upcoming sessions here:

Once you’ve selected your new coverage, please call our office with your updated insurance information so we can make sure your records are current before your next visit.
