Evergreen Family Health, a busy family practice in Williston is looking for a full-time RN to join our clinical team.  The practitioners at Evergreen place a high value on our nursing staff and are committed to providing high quality, compassionate patient care in a supportive and rewarding work environment.  We offer a four day work week and scheduling flexibility when needed to promote excellent work/life integration.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-level nursing assessment and triage for patient calls
• Communicate practitioner advice for chronic and acute needs
• Conduct nurse visits for management of INR, immunization counseling, nursing procedures and patient education
• Perform Annual Medicare Wellness visits

Qualifications:

Ability to obtain valid Vermont State nursing license by date of employment
