COVID-19 Testing Update

COVID testing  We have begun testing for Covid-19 at the Evergreen Family Health office. This is by appointment only, drive up testing, and includes Charlotte and Alder Brook patients. In order to be tested, you will first be scheduled a TeleHealth visit with a provider, who will determine appropriateness of testing. If you are tested, regardless of test results, you will be advised to self-quarantine for at least 14 days.
