From Essex Junction (North)

Take Rt. 2A South from “5 corners” towards Williston. Shortly after passing over the Winooski River, at the top of the hill after passing Agway, take a right onto J. Brown Drive. Evergreen Family Health is the second building on the right.

From Williston (South)

Take Rt. 2A North from I 89 Exit 12 through Taft Corners towards Essex Junction. Go through the light at Industrial Ave, then immediately after a Shell station take a left onto J. Brown Drive. The Evergreen Family Health building will be on your right.
